Perennialworking name

A done-for-you website service, a Design Garden line

Cliff, the ask is up front: your read from the legal side, and a green light to approach two warm prospects (SZL Alphas, a chapter, and Jean Justice, a law practice). The product underneath is simple. We take a site off Squarespace, host it ourselves, and keep it updated for the client. The promise to them is one line: you never touch the site again. Your own site is already running on the new stack as the proof, linked below.

Why this exists

How it works

The Exit (one time)

1

Audit. One hour. Site map, effort estimate, fixed quote.

2

Rebuild on our stack, and map every old URL to its new one so search rankings hold.

3

Staging link for review. One revision round.

4

Cutover: DNS switch on a midweek morning. Squarespace gets cancelled only after the new site verifies live.

Care (monthly)

1

Weekly batch: posts drafted from their news, events, and results.

2

Client signs off by email or shared doc. Nothing publishes without it.

3

Published within 48 to 72 hours of approval.

4

Monthly digest: traffic, top pages, form submissions, what went live.

Why this stack

Staying on Squarespace means renting a site that still goes stale. Moving to WordPress means server upkeep and plugin churn, which is the exact work we're promising to take away. Cloudflare's platform hosts the site with nothing to maintain, and our posting pipeline keeps it current. It also costs us $0 a month to run, which is why the pricing below works.

Proof, live

dawkinswarrington-demo.pages.dev

Your site, running on Cloudflare. We mirrored all 24 pages of dawkinswarrington.com today, unchanged, in one afternoon. It is a test case, not a pitch. The demo is kept out of search engines so it never competes with the real site, and nothing about the live site was touched.

Production migrations go further: clean rebuild, working forms, analytics, and a redirect map for every old URL.

What it costs

The Exit, up to 12 pages$1,200–1,500
The Exit, 13 to 25 pages$2,500–3,000
The Exit, 26 to 40 pages or a blog port$3,500–4,000
Care, organizations$200–400 / mo
Care, firms$500–800 / mo

Ranges are floor to target. The final quote follows the one hour audit. Care runs month to month with a pause clause, and a three month minimum on the first term. Hosting and analytics cost us $0 a month per site, so there is no infrastructure bill hiding in these numbers.

What we're watching

What we need from you

  1. Read this from the legal and ops side, and flag anything that gives you pause.
  2. Green light to approach the two prospects: SZL Alphas and Jean Justice.
  3. Keep your site as the demo, or say the word and we pull it down the same day.
