The product underneath is simple. We take a site off Squarespace, host it ourselves, and keep it updated for the client. The promise to them is one line: you never touch the site again. Why this exists

Five Squarespace properties sit in the circle: the chapter, the practice, your firm's site, plus two more we already work with. Warm demand, no cold outreach needed.
Nobody leaves Squarespace over the bill. Plans run $16 to $23 a month. They leave because the site goes stale: a footer stuck on 2021, no news page, nobody posting.
What sells is the boring part, done for them: migrate it, host it, post for them.

How it works

Why this stack

Staying on Squarespace means renting a site that still goes stale. Moving to WordPress means server upkeep and plugin churn, which is the exact work we're promising to take away. Cloudflare's platform hosts the site with nothing to maintain, and our posting pipeline keeps it current. It also costs us $0 a month to run, which is why the pricing below works.

Your site, running on Cloudflare. We mirrored all 24 pages of dawkinswarrington.com today, unchanged, in one afternoon. It is a test case, not a pitch. The demo is kept out of search engines so it never competes with the real site, and nothing about the live site was touched.

Production migrations go further: clean rebuild, working forms, analytics, and a redirect map for every old URL.

Ranges are floor to target. The final quote follows the one hour audit. Care runs month to month with a pause clause, and a three month minimum on the first term. Hosting and analytics cost us $0 a month per site, so there is no infrastructure bill hiding in these numbers.

What it makes

Migrations are priced near cost on purpose. The retainer is the business: one firm at $650 a month carries about $5,000 a year in margin after our own costs.
A three-site pilot projects 40 to 61 percent year-one margin. Those are modeled numbers, and the pilot replaces them with logged actuals.
No new tools, no new platforms. It runs on the stack Design Garden already uses.

What we're watching

Law firm posts need a sign off, every time. We batch them weekly, or the review time eats the margin.
"Comprehensive" gets defined in writing: posts per month and a 48 to 72 hour turnaround, nothing open ended.
Squarespace is cancelled only after the new site verifies. No gap in service, and the old numbers stay available until then.
Chapter budgets are small. The organization tier is thin at the low end, and the firm tier carries it.
